POLICIES
**Price Increase**
We have tried our best to keep costs the same, however with the inflation all our supplies and overhead costs have increased, and so we could not find a way around it. For the first time in 3 years, we will be slightly increasing our service costs from April 1st.

Health & Safety
All technicians are fully vaccinated and will wear masks at all times during treatment. You are not required to wear a mask, however if you are more comfortable doing so, please bring your mask with you. We provide hand sanitation at the front reception desk, please help yourself to this.
Bookings
All services provided are listed via the booking system. We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking, or the full amount of services of a lesser amount, which will go towards/cover your appointment total. If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, it will be forfeited (please refer to the 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy' below).
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
As a courtesy to our lash stylists and other clients, we require at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that unexpected things may come up, however we ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware that you cannot make the appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited and/ 100% of scheduled appointment cost will be charged for all no-shows and cancellations with 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
This fee may be waived in extenuating circumstances.
Appointment Time
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive late, we will do the best we can to fill your lashes, however, you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled whether or not we are able to provide the full scheduled service. We also reserve the right to not service clients who are late.
Pre-appointment Tips
For lash appointments, please come with no eye makeup especially mascara as this reduces lashing time and the residue may affect the retention of the lash extensions. We want to spend the entire time allocated to you to give you the fullest, best lashes, and the longest retention! Please also avoid caffeinated drinks as it may cause your eyes to flutter, and visit the bathroom before your appointment.
For brow appointments, particularly those with tint, please avoid moisturising over your brow the night before and morning of your appointment. This is to help the tint stain the brow hairs and skin.
Infills
Please note, to be considered an infill, there needs to be at least 40% of good-condition extensions on. As well, an infill appointment must be within 3.5 weeks of your last appointment, as even though extensions may still be attached to your natural lashes they will have grown out to the lengths where they will need to be removed. Light infills are within 2 weeks of your last appointment, and full infills are with 3.5 weeks.
